A feature 25mm x 15mm faceted rutilated quartz teardrop is set in a handmade oxidised silver setting with feature claws. Rutilated quartz is a fascinating gemstone where the inclusions of golden coloured rutile needles in overlapping orientations within the crystal structure make for a beautiful and unusual statement piece. The pendant is strung onto blue-grey peacock freshwater pearls. The necklace measures 19.5″ in length.
