1. Price
Prices shown on the site are in GBP and if VAT is applicable, it is included in the price shown. Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK and the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes and you will be responsible for any local taxes and/or duty on your incoming purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability.
3. Commissions
Formal fee proposals will be prepared for commission work. They are a best estimate at the time of writing, and cannot take into account market fluctuations in the price of gold and silver. Any changes in budget would be agreed with you before work is progressed. Written confirmation of instruction for commission work will be required from the individual who will pay the invoice. Commissions require a 50% deposit.
4. Privacy
You will have to provide us with personal information if you place an order. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

The estimated delivery time can be advised by Kat based on your enquiry. We will give you an estimated delivery date for your order along with the tracking number of your package. No times or dates are guaranteed. Timescales for delivery of commissions are dependent on the complexity of the piece but will be advised individually. Every effort will be made to meet deadlines, although there may be factors outside our control which prevent this.
