Molecule quatrefoil purple spinel earrings

A Tudor inspired addition to the molecule collection. The solid silver quatrefoil element measures 1.2cm wide with 18ct gold accents highlighted by oxidisation. Contained within a rub over setting in the centre of each earring is a 4mm round brilliant cut purple fair trade spinel. Total drop length 1.5cm.

The Molecule range is based on the technique of ‘granulation’ – creating individual spheres of silver and gold. From accenting a bold design, to an entire ring made of these special little beads, the molecule range was one of my original ranges, and remains a firm favourite.
